Approvals


  • Approving Transactions will push them down to QuickBooks to ensure accurate job costing.
  • Ensure you've gone through the appropriate setup before continuing.


  1. Run the Approval Report

    1. In the Tracknicity Admin Dashboard, select the Approvals Report from the left menu.
    2. Select the appropriate Timeframe and Approval Status.
    3. Run the report.

  2. Approving

    1. To approve a transaction, hit the Approve button. This will queue the transaction up to be synced with QuickBooks on the next Web Connector run.

  3. Rejecting

    1. To reject a transaction, hit the Reject button. This will undo the transaction and reverse your inventory back to it's previous values like the transaction never happened.

  4. Undo Approval

    1. Undoing an approval removes it from the queue that syncs to QuickBooks. If it's already been synced to QuickBooks, we will warn you that you need to manually delete the transaction in QuickBooks itself.
